Kiwi Pops

Well I am setting up my new website and blog. This is the default photo that came with it. I was going to create my own photo and chat about it, but this looks so yummy and it's my favorite color, I decided to just gab about this!

So this looks like a simple thing to make.

I would gently blend several kiwi's in my Vitamix or just mash with a fork.

Then I would slice one kiwi and put one slice in the bottom of a freezer pop mold. Pour in the blended mixture. Do you think we should blend with a tiny bit of water or not?

Put in the popscicle sticks, freeze until set, and Voila! Kool Kiwi Pops!
